Paperwork

In order for your film to be distributed (cinema, TV, DVD), it needs to be accompanied with proper paperwork – this means the release forms regarding any talent, music, private locations or other copyrighted material appearing in your film. Dedicate one person in your team to take care of the forms. You will need to provide us with all the paperwork in case your film makes it to the finals.

ENGLISH RELEASE FORMS

HOWEVER…

The only form you need to send us before 7.30pm on Sunday, May 26th is called Final Report (LOPPURAPORTTI).

- Fill it out and save.
- If possible, print out, have you team members sign it and scan / photograph the document.
(When not possible, send without the signatures. Just make sure you have a signed copy if we ask for it later on)
- RENAME: *your_team_name.pdf*
- Submit through WRAP-UP FORM
